Dimitris Koutsiabasakos's new documentary at Ktima Gerovassiliou

Screening of the documentary "Becoming an Actor" on Thursday, March 27, at 20.30, at Ktima Gerovassiliou. Award-winning director Dimitris Koutsiabasakos brings his new film to the estate for a special screening, few days after its official screening at the 16th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival.

Athens 2010. A group of young people are auditioning to enter a drama school and start taking their first steps in acting. The documentary chronicles their anxieties and dreams throughout this three-year course of study, as well as how they evolve, both as characters and artists.

A panel discussion on "Drama education in Greece today: The Drama School of NTNG" will follow the screening with:

• Giannis Vouros, Artistic Director of National Theater of Northern Greece,
• Giannis Rigas, in charge of Drama Schoo of National Theater of Northern Greece and
• Dimitris Koutsiabasakos, director
