Maria Efthimiou at Gerovassiliou Wine Museum
On Monday, September 26th, 2022, at 7pm, we look forward to welcoming Professor of History at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Maria Efthimiou for a lecture on:
World History of Nutrition
Humanity, over millions of years, fed on a few species, locally grown plants and animals. The Agricultural Revolution, the Commercial Revolution and the Industrial Revolution drastically changed human nutrition, enriching it to an inconceivable degree.
Just before the lecture, the Wine Museum will be open from 6-7pm.
The lecture will be in Greek.
